General. Any opinions stated by the contributors, authors and contractors of this website and associated channels (web & print) of WebMarketingNZ.com (WebassistLtd) are intended to share previous work experiences, general information and insights. In good faith, WebMarketingNZ.com aims to assist readers on the fundamental and general ideas often involved in digital/web marketing.

Privacy. We may collect the information necessary for the online sales only and will not disclose any of your personal data to other people/organizations.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

If you check the account sign up box (upon site registration or subscription to email list) or if you subscribe to any of our services, we may periodically send information about our services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Unsubscribing From Email Subscriptions: From time to time we may send you marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at anytime by updating your subscription preferences on any email we send you. Limitation of Liability. In no event will Webassist Ltd, WebMarketingNZ.com and its associated businesses be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenues or business operation interruptions, arising out of the reliance on the services rendered and information and content shared on WebMarketingNZ.com website and its associated web and print channels. 

Indemnification. Anyone engaged with digital marketing services offered by Webassist Ltd, WebMarketingNZ.com and reading the content or information shared on WebMarketingNZ.com and any of its associated web and print channels or using any Webassist Ltd services agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Webassist Ltd and its related businesses and its officers, directors, contractors, agents and employees against all losses, damages and solicitor fees arising from any violation of this agreement by any user (including but not limited to breach of Intellectual Property Rights or negligent or wrongful conduct). 

Waiver and Release.  You agree that Webassist Ltd, WebMarketingNZ.com and its related businesses shall not have any liability to you in connection to any information & insights shared on any of its web and print channels and the services provided. You hereby release and forever waive any and all claims against Webassist Ltd, WebMarketingNZ.com and its related businesses, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents (including but not limited to claims based on negligence) for losses or damages you sustain in connection with the use of the content and support services. 

Governing Law. New Zealand.
